Communication Service Provider Right-of-Way Permit: Special Terms and Conditions

The Board of County Road Commissioners for the County of Van Buren has adopted a Permit Policy for Safely Allowing Limited Communication Service Provider Facilities access within the county road right of way.  The Road Commission will grant its consent pursuant to its constitutional and statutory authority to manage and control its public right of ways, and will issue a right of way permit in consideration of the terms and conditions set forth therein.
