Appeal the Decision to the ZBA
The applicant appeals the decision to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). Appeals must be made within 21 days of a decision. The appealer should be directly affected by the situation in some way.

ZBA Approval: ZBA reverses its decision and the applicant is allowed to begin the Site Plan Review process.

ZBA Denial: The ZBA denies the appeal. The applicant drops the proposed project or modifies the proposal and resubmits it. Challenges are taken to a Circuit Court. Judges are directed to assure that the ZBA's decisions comply with the law, followed proper procedure, are supported by competent material, and represent a reasonable exercise of discretion.
