Approval of Site Plan
The Planning Commission approves the Site Plan contingent on other permits. Such permits may include: Building Electrical Plumbing Septic/Wastewater If the permits are approved, the applicant builds. If permits are denied, the applicant must redesign to meet permit requirements.
