Payer Fee Increase
A new law (Public Act 138 of 2003, MCL 600.2538 as amended) that started October 1, 2003 has raised the total monthly fees by $0.25. Fees are now $3.50 per month. A $21.00 fee is added to the accounts each January 1 and July 1.
