GENERAL INFORMATION:


Spring Clean-up will begin April 30 and continue until May 3, 2007. Vouchers, good for one pickup truck load, are issued at the Clerks Office, 125 S. Main Street, from the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Household trash may be dropped off behind the DPW building between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. We cannot accept batteries, tires, paint, hazardous materials, motor oil or garbage. Home pick-up is available for senior citizen and handicapped residents.

Monthly Brush Pick-up begins on the first Friday of each month. Grass clippings, leaves, twigs, etc. must be placed ONLY in bio-degradable bags available at the Clerks Office. All bags, limbs, and brush should be neatly piled at curbside a few days before.

Fall Leaf Vacuuming begins the middle of October and ends the middle of November. Leaves should be raked to the edge of the street, with brush or twigs piled separately. Specific dates will be published in the Paw Paw Flashes.
